Kêr means home in Breton. And Care, or taking care of, are the driving force behind these ambitions.
Guided by the "Workococooning" philosophy developed by the agency, it's a new way of working and creating together, fostered by caring spaces. Spaces that make previously opposed notions compatible - even leading to a real break between professional and private life. The boundaries are disappearing to reconcile personal and collective well-being.
