Storytelling: Harmony and Rhapsody are two of the flagship projects of this new tertiary hub being built around Saint-Ouen station.
Harmony compares to a precise gesture of 15,000m2 of warm colours and verticality.
And Rhapsody, to an overall movement of 45,000m2, in a cooler monochrome of horizontal lines.
This complementarity represents the very soul of the Saint-Ouen area, the expertise of its craftsmen, the bustle of the flea market...
