Ivry-sur-Seine has always been a land of activity, rich in talent and know-how.

Just one metro station from the BNF, at the confluence of the Marne and Seine rivers, the area's industrial past inspires us to carry on its legacy... This is the challenge successfully met by La Fabrik, whose hyper-contemporary architecture, steeped in references to old factories, is a genuine tribute to these immense workshops, which gave a prominent place to light and a resolutely timeless vision.

Its open framework, triple roof, black bricks and large expanses of glass make it an iconic building.

LaFabrik, a tribute to a flourishing heritage.

Work in Progress, for a place of constant activity, whose future remains to be imagined.
