The Loft project is part of a complex of two buildings in the heart of a dynamic and rapidly expanding Clichy district. The brochure's graphic identity, inspired by the famous illustrations that characterise the identity of The New Yorker newspaper, reflects the project's vintage chic codes.

A true magazine and trend guide for the new Clichy, "The Loft" is a clever mix of illustrations and in-depth articles, to give the asset all its urban modernity.
