Our first project in Italy!

An ideally located asset in Milan's historic heart, 40m from La Scala, 100m from the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and 300m from the Duomo.
So central that we wanted to give it 100% Milanese DNA, with a signature in the Milanese dialect, "Belé de Milan", which means "Beauty of Milan"
(in Italian it would have been Belleza di Milano).
Thanks to this detail, any true Milanese will immediately feel a sense of belonging.

Scrigno, which means 'casket', borrows from the vocabulary of luxury to evoke the protected aspect of the interior garden, but also its unique character in the city's tertiary real estate.
