Storytelling

In 1864, Théodore Ballu, the great architect of the renovation of Paris,
completed work on the Place d'Estienne-d'Orves in the 9th arrondissement:
the Trinity Church and the two buildings surrounding it...
And it was the one at 1, rue Blanche that we told the story of.

We wanted to showcase a listed façade, built over 150 years ago, and combine it with an ultra-modern, connected interior renovation project. We renamed the building Théodore, in homage to its founding father, and the signature announced the rest:
Behind the stone, a great future.

During the Demolition Party, in front of 200 guests, we literally destroyed the building before rebuilding it... with video mapping.
