1935, a young 18-year-old Chinese student arrives in the United States
to study architecture.
His name was Ieoh Ming Pei.
In 1954, he became an American citizen,
and the following year he founded his firm I.M.PEI ARCHITECTURE.
Over thirty years, he built an unprecedented body of architectural work, leaving his mark on the world... And in 1989, he signed the famous Louvre Pyramid in Paris.The most awarded architect in history, he returned to France, to La Défense
to build a 2nd project on the historic Parisian axis:
In 2001, Ieoh Ming Pei inaugurated the PB6 tower
